An EB-5 Regional Center is an organization designated by USCIS that sponsors capital investment projects for investment by EB-5 investors within a defined geographical region. In other older EB's immigration programs, the investors must at least invest $1,000,000 or more to establish either a new enterprise or to join an existing business entity, be partake on the management team. The investment project must show directly hired 10 new full time workers over a 2 year term to satisfy the USCIS requirements for a green card.

Unlike other EB's immigration program, the EB-5 Regional Center, does not require its investors partake in the company management team of any development & project. Investing in a Regional Center allows for the 10 new jobs created to be indirect or indirect hires to satisfy the requirements set forth by the program. After the initial investment of $500,000 in an approved development project, the investors along any spouse and/or children under the age of 21, will be included in a family EB-5 green card petition.

Mebo Property Development Regional Center is an approved EB-5 Regional Center as July 30th. of 2013. Any foreign entrepreneur investors with an investment of $500,000 can invest in the Mebo Regional Center development project located in the City of Lake Elsinore, California in the county of Riverside. This milestone project is very welcomed by local residents and USCIS approved.
